Picsati respects the privacy of the visitors to its websites and Apps. The objective of this privacy policy is to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information you submit to Picsati.
Personal information refers to any information you input on any of our websites or Apps, like your Name, Email, Mobile number, address or other.

1. By submitting any personal information to any Picsati website or Apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Picsati Terms and Conditions and you expressly consent to the processing of your personal information.

2. The Personal Information we gather from you helps us learn about visitors to our websites or users of our Apps. We use this information to provide you a better service and enhance our performance and products.

3. The personal information you submit to us is used to requests you make. We may also use your personal information to provide you with Picsati updates, offers or emails regarding your account status and updates. You will always have the right to opt out from these services.

4. Picsati will not trade, rent or share any of your Personal Information with third parties nor disclose any of your financial information without you prior approval or by legal order.

5. Picsati will always refer and abide by the Lebanese Law and any dispute will be addressed to the Lebanese jurisdiction in place in Beirut.

We use a variety of industry standard security features to help protect your information from any unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We use elaborate firewalls to prevent any unauthorized access to your information, and require a password to access your information. Our servers that store your information are in a controlled facility outside the Lebanese territory to provide you with better security measures. Picsati limits access to those in the organization who have a business need to do so. Every individual working in Picsati sal is bounded by a privacy policy to safeguard your information. Although Picsati has taken all the mentioned measures to protect your personal information, you should be aware that the risk always subsist and Picsati cannot eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

Terms & Conditions


By visiting any of our sites or Apps, or ordering our products, you are expressing your approval and consent to the Picsati terms & conditions. If you do not wish to abide by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy, you may not access or use Picsati websites or Apps and the services offered by Picsati. We hold the right to revise these terms and conditions by posting a revised version at any time. Your continued usage of our sites or products constitute your approval to the revised terms and conditions.

1. You guarantee that all information you submit is truthful and accurate.

2. You are of legal age (18 years old or more) to provide your information or have the consent of your parents otherwise.

3. You may delete your account at any time for any reason, and Picsati holds the right to delete your account at any time without prior notice as well.

4. You agree to pay all the charges and fees incurred by your order at the rates that Picsati set at the time of purchase.

5. Your credit card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated credit card, not this agreement to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.

6. Picsati has no ownership of the content you create in the books or other products you design

7. You guarantee and warrant that you own the right to use all the photos or other material in the book or other products content and that this content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other rights of any person or entity.

8. You guarantee and warrant that you will not create or design any product using Picsati services that are illegal as per the Lebanese law and the laws that are in place in your country of residence or order placement.

9. You hereby grant Picsati a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid and royalty free license to produce and print your books or other products you ordered.

10. You may not include or mention that the books or products are published by Picsati or any other reference that might directly or indirectly suggest or imply that Picsati is the publisher of the book you created.

Urgent Delivery


Products will be delivered within the Next Day from the order placement date with the following terms and conditions:
1. Time of delivery will not be set and the customer has to secure someone to receive the products at the specified address at any time within the above-mentioned time frame.

2. The customer will be contacted by phone. Should the customer not be reachable by phone, the delivery may not be processed.

3. If the Order Placement Date is a holiday or weekend, the order placement date will be considered the first next non-bank holiday business day, and hence the delivery will be reported to the following day.

4. If the order has been placed outside working hours 8.00 to 17.00, the order placement date will be considered the first next non-bank holiday business day.

5. If the Next Day is a holiday or weekend, the Next Day will be considered the first next working non-bank holiday.

6. In case of delay in the delivery due to “Force Majeur” (act of war or road blocking or other), Picsati will not be held liable for any delay occurred.

7. In case of a delay due to the customer, like invalid or incomplete address information, non-confirmation of the order or account, incapacity for Picsati to reach the customer, no one was present at the specified delivery address on the time of delivery, Picsati will not be held liable for any delay occurred and Picsati holds the right to cancel the order or input an extra charge to the customer for any new attempt to deliver the products.

8. In case of a delay due to Picsati, the user has to notify Picsati in the next 48 hours by mail. Picsati will refund the full delivery charges to the user Picsati account, but the user cannot claim any indemnity and cannot refuse delivery of the products or request cash redemption for the product.

Express Delivery


Products will be delivered within the next 3 working days from the order placement date with the following terms and conditions:
1. Time of delivery will not be set and the customer has to secure someone to receive the products at the specified address at any time on the above-mentioned delivery day.

2. The customer may be contacted by phone. Should the customer not be reachable by phone, the delivery may not be processed.

3. If the Order Placement Date is a holiday or weekend, the Order Placement Date will be considered the first next non-bank holiday regular business day, and hence the delivery will be reported to the following day.

4. If the order has been placed outside working hours 8.00 to 17.00, the order placement date will be considered the first next non-bank holiday business day.

5. If any day in the next 3 days from the Order Placement Date is a holiday, each day will be compensated by an extra working day to the delivery date., and if any day in the next 3 days from the Order Placement Date is weekend, the delivery date will be delayed by 1 additional day.

6. In case of delay in the delivery due to “Force Majeur” (act of war or road blocking or other), Picsati will not be held liable for any delay occurred

7. In case of a delay due to the customer, like invalid or incomplete address information, non-confirmation of the order or account, incapacity for Picsati to reach the customer, no one was present at the specified delivery address on the time of delivery, Picsati will not be held liable for any delay occurred and Picsati holds the right to cancel the order or input an extra charge to the customer for any new attempt to deliver the products.

One Week Delivery


Products will be delivered within the next 5 working days from the time of order placement with the following terms and conditions:
1. Time of delivery will not be set and the customer has to secure someone to receive the products at the specified address at any time on the delivery day.

2. The customer may be contacted by phone. Should the customer not be reachable by phone, the delivery may not be processed.

3. If the Order Placement Date is a holiday or weekend, the Order Placement Date will be considered the first next non-bank holiday regular business day, and hence the delivery will be reported to the following day.

4. If the order has been placed outside working hours 8.00 to 17.00, the order placement date will be considered the first next non-bank holiday business day.

5. If any day in the next 5 days from the Order Placement Date is a holiday or a weekend, each day will be compensated by an extra working day to the delivery date.

6. In case of delay in the delivery due to “Force Majeur” (act of war or road blocking or other), Picsati will not be held liable for any delay occurred

7. In case of a delay due to the customer, like invalid or incomplete address information, non-confirmation of the order or account, incapacity for Picsati to reach the customer, no one was present at the specified delivery address on the time of delivery, Picsati will not be held liable for any delay occurred and Picsati holds the right to cancel the order or input an extra charge to the customer for any new attempt to deliver the products.

8. In case of a delay due to Picsati, the user has to notify Picsati in the next 48 hours by mail. Picsati will refund the full delivery charges to the user Picsati account, but the user cannot claim any indemnity and cannot refuse delivery of the products or request cash redemption for the product.

9. In case of product damage or fault, like missing pages in the products delivered, or torn pages or other similar product default, the user has to notify Picsati by mail within the next 48 hours from date of delivery. Picsati will investigate the matter and holds the right to fully or partially compensate the customer for damaged products at its own discretion by refunding the full or partial price of the products on the customers Picsati account.

Payment on delivery


1. Picsati holds the right to request pre-payment ahead of the delivery. In such a case, a cash collector will contact the customer and collect the full price of the product(s) ordered, ahead of the delivery. Any resulting delay in the customer pre-payment is the sole responsibility of the customer and Picsati will not be held accountable or responsible for it.

2. The user is required to pay the full price of the products ordered, and any complaint or product damage inquiry should be raised to Picsati in the next 48 hours. Picsati holds the right to fully or partially compensate the customer for damaged products at its own discretion by refunding the full or partial price of the products on the customers Picsati account.

3. Payment should be settled by cash payment on delivery if not already settled ahead of time or products will not be handed and the customer will be liable for any such delay.
